How do I track my package?

What does “pre-order” mean?

Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. Payments of pre-orders are due at checkout to ensure the best price and a prompt shipment of the order as soon as the coin is in stock.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

If you cancel an order, loyalty points earned and/or used with it will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
