The reverse of the coin depicts Anubis, the god of mummification and the protector of the dead, emerging from the shadows with piercing, glowing-in-the-dark eyes that illuminate his fearsome visage. The obverse of the coin shows the regal Pharaoh, adorned with symbolic headdresses and sacred adornments, surrounded by the intricate hieroglyphs that narrate old tales. The ancient symbology is brought to life with selective gold accents, highlighting the power and majesty of Egypt's divine rulers. On the obverse, also the Coat of Arms of Gabon and the inscriptions: "2000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value, "2024" - the years of issue, and "2 OZ AG 999"– the weight of the coin and the fineness of Silver.
