The reverse of the coin features a very impressive design depicting GongGong. In Chinese mythology, GongGong is known as a powerful deity associated with water and chaos. The design portrays GongGong with a dynamic and fierce appearance, surrounded by swirling waters and mythical creatures. The obverse of the coin offers another stunning design with multiple dragons. At the top, the inscriptions: "GONGGONG 共工" – the name of the coin, "2025" – the year of issue, "REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD" – the issuing country, and "TEN THOUSAND FRANCS CFA" – the face value.
