The reverse of this Silver coin depicts Ito’s central character, Tomie, with her sleek dark hair and beauty spot. The design resembles the manga art, using a bright white background behind fine black ink. On the reverse, also the inscription: "TOMIE" - the name of the coin, and the individual serial number. The obverse of this Silver coin shows the Coat of Arms of Cameroon, along with the inscription: "CAMEROON" – the issuing country, "2024" – the year of issue, "2000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value, and "SILVER .999 1 Oz" – the fineness of Silver and the weight of the coin.
