The reverse of the coin features a lot of details about Aladin's tale, represented in a spiral of draws related to the tale, in the center of this spiral a coloured version of Aladin's lamp. The obverse represents the Palace of Aladin with an engraving on the bottom that has the inscriptions: "One Thousand & One Nights". On the obverse, the depiction of the Coat of Arms of Djibouti and the inscriptions: "REPLUBLIQUE DE DJIBOUTI" – the issue country, "250 FRANCS" – the face value, "2022" – the year of issue, "Ag 999" – the fineness of the Silver and "5 Oz" the weight of the coin.
