The reverse of this Silver coin features a depiction of the 1941 painting "Me and My Parrot", by Frida Kahlo. The parrots bring depth, the intricate detailing of their feathers providing a subtle contrast to the smooth simplicity of Frida's appearance, and enhancing the sensual tactility of the work. On the reverse, also the inscriptions: "1 ONZA" – the weight of the coin, "PLATA PURA" – the specification of pure Silver, "2024" – the year of issue, and "LEY .999" – the fineness of Silver. The obverse of this Silver coin features the Coat of Arms of Mexico along with the inscription: "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS" – the country of issue.
