Delivered Orders
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Failure to comply with these principles makes the Right of Withdrawal inapplicable.
To expedite the procedure, please follow the following guidelines:
- Send us an email to inform us of your intention to return your order;
- Wait for our confirmation;
- Keep in mind that any fee (custom, shipping, insurance) will be borne by the buyer;
- Upon reception of goods, Power Coin will inspect them to make sure they are in perfect condition and will subsequently issue a voucher on your account, valid for one year. The voucher will not include any fee related to shipping, customs, parcel insurance, etc. If you request a refund for the returned goods, please note that a 5% fee applies. Loyalty points earned and/or used with the order will be lost.
In the unlikely event that the goods you received are damaged or faulty, Power Coin will replace the goods (subject to availability). If the faulty item is no longer available, Power Coin will issue a voucher of the same amount of the order or offer a full refund after the item has been returned and inspected. Buy with confidence and peace of mind!
Pre-Sale Orders
Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. Payments of pre-orders are due at checkout to ensure the best price and a prompt shipment of the order as soon as the coin is in stock.
When ordering a pre-sale product, you commit together with Power Coin to the total order quantity placed with the producing Mint, therefore all canceled pre-sale orders will be charged with a 5% cancellation fee.
