The reverse of the medal depicts the symbolic representations of the Maria Theresa's military, medical, economic, judicial, educational and agricultural reforms. These social and economic changes during the forty years of Maria Theresa's reign led to an unprecedented improvement in the position of the state and the often bleak situation of the subjects. Wise decisions earned the monarch admiration not only within the Habsburg Empire but also among her enemies. A number of Theresian reforms still influence the lives of Central Europeans today. On the reverse, also the inscription: "REFORMATOR" - the name of the medal. In the central area of the obverse,the side bears a portrait of Maria Theresa: "10 Dukat" - the face value and "2024" - the year of issue.
