The reverse of the medal presents a bishop holding a scroll and keys, representing the spiritual leadership of the Teutonic Order, alongside the coat of arms and the inscription "ŘÁD NĚMECKÝCH RYTÍŘŮ" – the Czech expression for Teutonic Order, and "1191" – the founding year of the order. The obverse features an effigy of a Teutonic Knight holding a sword and shield, with the inscription "AKKON 1291" – the year of the Siege of Acre. The scene is set against a fortress wall, symbolizing the knight's defense during the siege.
