The individual reverses of the coins feature portraits of Agnes and various attributes. The first is the Lamb of God and the Convent of St. Agnes for the female branch of the Franciscan Order; the second is a crown and a Přemyslide eagle and the third is the Czech lion and raised hands, whose fingers form a "victorious V-sign". On the first reverse, the inscriptions: "ZALOŽENÍ KLÁŠTERA KLARISEK" - the name of the coin, "SV. ANEŽKA" - the name of the Saint. On the second reverse, the inscriptions: "KRÁLOVSKÝ PŮVOD" - the name of the coin, "SV. ANEŽKA" - the name of the Saint. On the third reverse, the inscription: "KANONIZACE SV. ANEŽKY ČESKĔ" - the name of the coin. On the obverse for all coins, present the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
