The reverse of the coin features a wonderful image of Britannia, depicted as a strong and noble female figure, symbolizing the values of strength, resilience, and protection. All around, the inscriptions: "BRITANNIA" – the name of the coin, "2024" – the year of issue and "1/40 Oz 9999 FINE GOLD" – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Gold. The coin's obverse features the Effigy of King Charles III. All around, the inscriptions: "50 PENCE" – the face value, "CHARLES III" – the name of the King and "D·G·REX·F·D" – the Latin acronym that stands for: Dei Gratia Rex Fidei Defensor.
