The reverse of the coin depicts Penelope Delta, a pioneer of children's literature in Greece and perhaps the most important Greek woman in turbulent times for Hellenism, with rich philanthropic activity. On the reverse, in Greek, the inscriptions: "450 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΓΕΝΝΗΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΔΗΜΗΘΕΑ ΔΕΛΤΑ" - which translates to "450 Years Since the Birth of Demetria Delta" and "2024" the year of issue. The obverse of the coin shows the Coat of Arms of Greece, with the inscriptions: "ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΉ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΊΑ" - the issuing country and "200 ΕΥΡΩ" - the face value along some more commemorative inscriptions in Greek.
