The reverse of the coin shows a cheerful Evgenios Spatharis, who enriched the traditional repertoire of the shadow theater with new comical, historical and mythological plots. On the reverse of the coin, also the Coat of Arms of Greece and the inscription: "6 ΕΥΡΩ" - the face value. The obverse of the coin features a portrait of Evgenios Spatharis. All around, the inscription: "100 χρόνια από τη γέννηΣη τογ Ευγένιου Σπαθάρη", 100 years from the birth of Evgenios Spatharis, as well as "2024" - the year of issue.
