The reverse of the coin depicts the labyrinth in Lower Garden in Peterhof (Russia) with a fountain in the centre and the beautiful Palace on the background. The reverse also depicts two statues, on the left of Peter the Great and on the right of Anna Ioannovna. On the centre of the coin, the inscription: "RUSSIAN LABYRINTH" – the name of the coin. On the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: "Ag 925" – the fineness of the Silver. The obverse of the coin presents an intricate design of a labyrinth and on the top, the Coat of Arms of the Republic of Macedonia. Underneath the Coat of Arms, the inscription: "2017" – the year of issue. On the bottom of the obverse, the inscription: "PER ASPERA AD ASTRA".
