The reverse of the coin features a wonderful image of Una and the Lion. Una wears an elegant long dress; she is holding a flag and is looking at the lion at her right. Both Una and the Lion are Gold plated. In the background, an abstract pattern in Relief. All around, the inscriptions: "UNA AND THE LION" – the name of the coin, and "2022" – the year of issue. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "D-G-REGINA", "ST. HELENA" – the country of issue and "1 POUND" – the face value.
