The reverse of the coin features a famous masterpiece by Joaquin Sorolla: "Horse Bath". It depicts a beautiful scene of a young boy, most likely the son of a fisherman, walks out of the sea, leading the horse that he had taken to the water to cool off. On the reverse the inscriptions: "CENTENARIO SOROLLA" – the Anniversary celebrated, "ESPAÑA 2023" – the country and the year of issue, "EL BAÑO DEL CABALLO" – the name of the painting in Spanish. On the obverse, the most famous image from the Sorolla's painting "After Bathing", painted in 1915. It shows a woman drying off a naked boy, who she wraps in a stunning white cloth. On the obverse the inscriptions: "SALIENDO DEL BAÑO" and "10 EURO" – the face value.
