The reverse of the coin depicts an image of Nikola Tesla, an electrical engineer, inventor and physicist, who is considered one of the most brilliant minds responsible for the great discoveries of electromagnetism and the advancement of science for the benefit of mankind. The scientist is trapped in his laboratory in the United States, among his many inventions one has the feeling of entering his study, a spherical environment that alludes to perfection as well as Tesla's preferred geometric shape. On the reverse the inscription: "N. TESLA 2023" – the name of the coin and the year of issue. On the obverse, the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" - the country of issue, "2000 FRANCS CFA" - the face value and "GENIUS" – the name of the series.
