The reverse of the coin presents a detailed design honoring Marie Skłodowska Curie. At the center-right, it features an effigy of Marie Curie, with her name displayed above in a block-style arrangement, resembling a crossword puzzle. The inscriptions "84 Po Polonium" and "88 Ra Radium" appear on the left side, representing the elements she discovered. These two inscriptions are also painted with UV glow in the dark paint, giving them a very interesting and fitting look given that they are radioactive elements. At the bottom right, there is a reproduction of her signature "M. Curie". The obverse features the Public Seal of Niue, with the inscriptions: "ONE DOLLAR" – the face value, "2024" – the year of issue, and "Ag 999" – the fineness of Silver.
