What does “pre-order” mean?

Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. How does the Loyalty Program work?

Loyalty points are valid on your account for six months since order date and can be converted into a voucher. If you cancel an order, loyalty points earned and/or used with it will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
