The reverse of the coin features a detailed depiction of a great house from the Chacoan people in Chaco Canyon, as it might have appeared centuries ago. The scene portrays daily life with individuals engaging in various activities. The crystal-lit sun at summer solstice completes the background. The obverse features the interior of the Sun Dagger cave, meticulously replicating its petroglyphs. Above the petroglyphs is the Coat of Arms of Palau, along with the inscriptions: "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" – the issuing country, "10$" – the face value, and "2024" – the year of issue.
