USS ARIZONA by Miles Standish 2 Oz Silver Coin 10$ Palau 2021

The reverse of the coin depicts an incredible image of the USS Arizona Anchor, a memorial to remember the 1177 crewmen killed during the Japanese attack on the naval base at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. All around the anchor, a frame with stars and some rays in the background. The design also includes the inscriptions: "USS ARIZONA" – the name of the battleship, "December 7, 1941" – the date of the sinking, "PEARL HARBOR HAWAII" – the location of the attack, "2021" – the year of issue of the coin and "MS" – Miles Standish's initials. The obverse of the coin depicts a detailed image of the USS Arizona before its sinking. On the left, the Coat of Arms of Palau and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" – the country of issue and "10$" – the face value of the coin.
