Description

The reverse of the coin depicts a beautiful image of one of the most well-known photographs of Princess Diana taken by Kim Knott. The striking black and white image captures Diana's true spirit in a moment of infectious joy that is tender and relatable. The image is framed by a beautifully ornate border of roses, highlighted in real rose gold. At the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: "DIANA – PRINCESS OF WALES". The obverse of the coin features an intricate pattern with the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at its center and the inscriptions: "TOKELAU 2022" – the country and the year of issue, "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "TEN DOLLARS" – the face value and "5 OZ 9999 Ag" – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver.
