The reverse of the coin shows a depiction of Hell, with various souls trying to escape from it and get out of the hole in the ground. The colours are very vivid, tending towards a bright orange in the central part. The souls are depicted with human features and the details are very sharp, as can be seen by the arm muscles drawn in the foreground. The obverse of the coin features Niue Coat of Arms and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "NIUE" – the country of issue, "TWO DOLLARS" – the face value, "2022" – the year of issue and "STREET ART 3-D" – the serie's name.
