The reverse of the coin shows an epic representation of the Helios, portraid as a radiant charioteer driving a horse-drawn carriage that crosses the sky every day. On the design, the shining sun is realized with a wonderful yellow mother-of-pearl insert, providing a sense of refinement and elegance. The obverse of the coin depicts the genealogy of the Titans who were, according to Greek mythology, the children of Uranus and Gaia as well as the ancestors of many gods and goddesses. On the obverse, also the Public Seal of Niue and the inscriptions: "2 DOLLARS" - the face value, "NIUE" - the issuing country and "2023" - the year of issue.
